The price of a stay depends on whether the dog tolerates the presence of other dogs during shared activities or not. This is assessed during the introductory visit before the first stay, and determines which price category the dog falls into.

- A reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit. The deposit amount is determined at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, except in the case of sudden illness of the dog or owner, a family tragedy, or force majeure.
- If the dog is picked up earlier than the reserved period, the full reserved period is charged.
- If the owner is 3 or more hours late for the agreed pickup time, an additional 50% of the 24h care price is charged.

- Drop-off: 09:00–16:00
- Pickup: 09:00–19:00
- The exact drop-off and pickup time is arranged in advance with the Center.
